All mail carriers are affected by the situation which means that some packages arrive in a matter of days and others take up to several weeks even in nearby countries.
Deliveries are by default sent with a standard delivery. For tracked orders, I invite you to contact me by email (via the contact form) to upgrade the shipping cost.

We are based in the UK and as standard we use Royal Mail for all of our shipments. We will aim to dispatch the stocked items in 3-5 working days after the confirmation of your purchase. You will receive a notification via email once your order has been fulfilled.

Please note, for shipments outside of Europe additional taxes or import charges may be applied to your parcel on entry to your country, any additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient.


If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, PRECIOUSIMPLICITY will gladly offer an exchange or store credit for any full priced merchandise. Items must be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt, in their original condition, and the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. All exchanges must be notified first by emailing araki.koman@gmail.com. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery. It is highly recommended to obtain a tracking number for all return packages as PRECIOUSIMPLICITY is not responsible for any lost or undelivered returns, due to the nature of owning a very small business,
